Avant Garde Watch By Alexander Shorokhoff

Ok, I should admit that I don’t know much about watches. Which is why, perhaps, I never know what time it is. Yes, I do own a watch, but it’s battery ran out years ago. Why don’t I wear it? Well, it’s just not, I don’t know, perfect? It doesn’t go with everything, and I’m a minimalist, so I can’t be bothered to accumulate a whole watch wardrobe. If I’m going to wear something, it’s going to be all the time. This gorgeous timepiece by Alexander Shorokhoff is exactly that kind of watch that I could go for.

The design is classic, minimal, and a little quirky. I guess that’s why it’s called the Avantgarde. I love the deco style numerals and the large size of the mechanical 30 minute chronograph. In sleek silver and black, it’s a sure bet with almost anything, especially if you’re a monochrome lover like me. Yes, I do know that this watch is for men, but unlike so many men’s styles, it isn’t clunky. Instead, it’s streamlined and super wearable.
